This is a letter by Danielle to her mother and father in 1982. You can see she was struggling at

this time of her life with trying to get a job in the art world after/during school. She was in

need of money and was going to borrow some money from her parents to help her through

this difficult time in her life. It was a classic "struggling artist" situation which

she dealt with for quite some time prior to getting various jobs in the industry.
