Danielle's mother-in-law Peg (Rick's mom) lived in Barrington for most of her life.

In the late 1980's she took in a very nice stray cat which was called Bloopie. After her

health started to fail she gave Bloopie to Danielle and Rick and they took care of him

for a few years at the condo but he passed away at a young age. He was a very gentle cat.
